1. Remove Makeup
Do you wear makeup each time you go out? Make it a
point to remove it before you sleep. Use a fine makeup remover. Wash your face
thoroughly and ensure that you properly dry it to leave no traces of makeup
particles on the skin. Use an alcohol-free toner to restore the pH of your
skin.

dark circles and reduce puffiness. Don’t forget to wash your lips with lukewarm
water; apply a balm to soften chipped lips and remove dead skin.
4. Body Moisturizer
Finally, apply a fine-quality body moisturizer, one
that suits your skin type, to your entire body. Consider using an organic
moisturizer having no harsh additives and chemicals. A quality moisturizer will
have essential nutrients including vitamins and minerals that nourish your
skin.
