Tips to get gorgeous hands

Did you know that moisturizing alone is not enough to keep your hands soft and supple? There are various ways to help you maintain the health of your hands and make them look beautiful at all times.
Here is a compilation of great homemade remedies to provide your hands all the pampering they need to make them look beautiful all the time:
Apply a Good Hand Cream
If you are using any ordinary moisturizing cream, it may not supply your hands the required moisture they need. It is important to invest in a good hand cream that moisturizes the skin from within and doesn’t let the skin become dry even after washing the hands frequently.
You should also know the right technique of messaging the cream in your hands. Also make sure you apply the hand cream after every wash.
Proper Nail Care
It is important that you go in for a manicure & pedicure session at least once a month. Also make it a point to dip your nails in luke warm soapy water for a few minutes every week. Later file your nails before applying any nail paint. If you desire a natural look, you should opt for a clear coat of nail varnish. Always remember, you should never scrap away your nail paint as this may weaken the nails and dry them.
Washing your hands

Washingyour hands using the right technique is very important. Make sure the water is neither too hot nor too cold. At best keep it luke warm. Pat your hands dry, don’t rub them hard with a towel and finally apply a good moisturizer.
Protect our Hands
When dealing with tasks like washing clothes and dishes, put on gloves and work so that the hands are not left dry afterwards. Keeping hands in water may causes the development of skin lesions that may not appear to the naked eyes, but only felt as a disturbing tingling sensation.
Alternatively, you can apply oil before starting with any such work. A layer of oil shields the skin against water.

Exfoliate Your Hands
It is very essential to keep your hands clear off dirt and dust particles. Therefore it is recommended that you exfoliate your hands often. Exfoliating the hands results in increased blood circulation and makes them looking younger for longer.
Other Tips Include:
·         Prepare and apply a hand mask made with mashed potatoes and milk.
·         Eating foods rich in calcium are important for the health of the nails. Have milk and milks products regularly.
·         To wash your hands, you can boil water and mix about one teaspoon of herbs such as sage, calendula and chamomile. Once cool you can dip your hands for 15-20 minutes, then pat dry and apply a moisturizer.
·         To get an even tone on the skin of your hand rub them with lemon regularly.
·         In order to exfoliate your hands, take about two tablespoons of butter mixed with a spoon of sugar. Gently message your hands with this mixture till the small sugar particles dissolve. Rinse it off and notice the difference.
A mixture of honey and cinnamon (half spoon of each) can be applied on hands to make them look fairer.

Overnight Beauty Tips

A large number of women are frustrated upon noticing dull skin on their face in the morning. Even after having tried the most expensive products, these women just fail to get the simple idea – a before-sleep skincare regimen can work.
Follow these overnight beauty tips and look fabulous each morning:

1.    Remove Makeup
Do you wear makeup each time you go out? Make it a point to remove it before you sleep. Use a fine makeup remover. Wash your face thoroughly and ensure that you properly dry it to leave no traces of makeup particles on the skin. Use an alcohol-free toner to restore the pH of your skin.
2.    Thorough Cleansing and exfoliation

Next, thoroughly cleanse your face with a good cleanser. Make sure you gently massage the skin and don’t apply too much pressure. Once you’re done with the massage, use lukewarm (neither too hot water nor extremely cold water is good for your skin!) to wash your face. This will help remove dirt and debris that gets stuck on the skin during the daytime. You can also exfoliate your facial skin to eliminate blackheads.

3.    Face and Eye Cream

Pat your face dry by using a smooth towel and apply a fine-quality face cream to give your skincare routine a final touch. For the skin around the eyes, use an eye cream. It will refill your skin, help remove dark circles and reduce puffiness. Don’t forget to wash your lips with lukewarm water; apply a balm to soften chipped lips and remove dead skin.
4.    Body Moisturizer

Finally, apply a fine-quality body moisturizer, one that suits your skin type, to your entire body. Consider using an organic moisturizer having no harsh additives and chemicals. A quality moisturizer will have essential nutrients including vitamins and minerals that nourish your skin.

How Much numbing cream is needed?

Undergoing a painful skin procedure had always been scary, but thanks to numbing creams, the scare is now a thing of the past. Numbing creams offer respite from pain associated with waxing, tattooing, piercing and other skin treatments.
Waxing the bikini area and/or the underarms had always been a nightmare before the authentic numbing creams hit the market. Now, by applying a predefined amount of numbing cream in the bikini line or underarms, people can get waxing done without any pain.
The difficult part, with numbing creams that numb the skin before a painful cosmetic procedure, is selecting the right numbing cream for your need, especially given the number of numbing creams out there.
The idea should be to select a water based, non-oily topical anesthetic numbing cream which minimizes and relieves pain and discomfort that people experience during piercing, tattoo or other such skin treatments.
Use of numbing cream when it is needed
·         Apply a thick layer of numbing cream (almost like a facial mask) on the area to undergo treatment about an hour before the treatment
·         Cover the area where the cream is applied with a plastic wrap and tape the edges
·         Do not remove the wrap yourself, let the doctor or dermatologist do it for you
·         Don’t wash of the cream until asked to do so by the doctor
Numbing cream usage tips for the face
·         For the face, give the numbing cream a little more time. Apply it about hour and a half before the cosmetic procedure
·         Apply extra layer of numbing creams to the more sensitive areas of the face (avoid swallowing or applying it around the eyes)
